Driver consent is Allow however the location is not displayed.

. Driver consent is Allow however the location is not displayed. . Driver consent done but show consent pending. Using Chatbot you can easily resolve.

  1. Click on Trip Execution .

  2. Click on Trip.

  3. Open our trip.

  4. Consent is Allow but the location is not displayed. You can click on the chatbot for assistance. I have shared a screenshot for your reference.

  5. Click on Messages.

  6. Click on send message button.

  7. Click on issue.

  8. Click on consent process followed But Status Showing Pending.
    this process for showing consent pending


    . If the driver's consent status shows as "Allowed" but the location is not displayed.

  9. 9. Click on "That Helped" and perform a hard refresh using Ctrl + Shift + R. This will update the location and display the consent status as allowed.

10. consent status shows as "Allowed" and the driver's location is displayed.
