How to use ChatBot

  1. Go to the Trip section and click on the particular trip where you are facing an issue.

  2. Please click on the support box to open the chat bot.

  3. The chatbot is open, so click on the Message button.

  4. Click on the "Send Us a Message" button.

  5. Click on Issue Button.

  6. Click on Consent Process Followed but status showing pending

  7. The chatbot will identify the specific issue and provide a solution.
